Scientist (Reproductive Biology)
We are seeking a talented Scientist (level determined by candidate experience) in our San Diego, California office that will be responsible for contributing to the development of novel reproductive technologies using stem cells. Appropriate candidates will have extensive experience in embryology and reproductive biology including knowledge of meiosis, germline development, oocyte and sperm maturation, and embryo development. Familiarity with in vitro fertilization (IVF), intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), microdissection or microinjection, and transgenic animal production techniques is preferred. The Scientist will be expected to complete scientific and technical tasks on aggressive timelines and to work as part of a team on varied tasks with changing priorities. Position requires excellent communication and presentation skills, a documented ability to troubleshoot technical issues, an ability to plan and carry out experiments independently, and to work with complex instrumentation and software.

Education:Ph.D. in Reproductive Biology, Cell Biology, Molecular Biology or related fields is preferred or M.S. degree with 10 years relevant experience
Experience:Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in reproductive biology lab; relevant industry experience preferred
